INTRODUCTION TO THE INSTITUTE

The Dato Leadership Institute provides executive coaching to seasoned business and professional leaders. Our clients include corporate executives and managers, as well as business entrepreneurs, owners, professionals, consultants, and coaches. You can expect executive coaching to significantly enhance your relationship and leadership skills, improve your performance, productivity, and profitability, and guide you toward achievement of your desired goals. EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAMS


Each Executive Coaching Program is customized, but all include the following four components: (1) Choice of weekly or biweekly coaching sessions; (4) Brief phone and email consultations between sessions; (2) Regular needs and skill assessment; (3) Written materials related to executive development. Our coaching programs are conducted at the client's company or at the Institute, in person or by phone. Executive coaching sessions are conducted by Dr. Robert Dato. The Institute is located one mile west of Philadelphia in the safe, convenient suburb of Wynnewood, PA. Free parking is provided.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE INSTITUTE


The enrollment process commences when you call and schedule your complimentary Enrollment Interview. Your hour interview may be conducted either at the Institute or by telephone. The interview has three specific objectives. The first objective is review of the Institute contract, the second is the development of your prioritized executive goals, and the third is the mutual assessment of comfort and compatibility. You will be invited to enroll in our executive coaching program if all of the terms of our contract are acceptable to you, if you present realistic and achievable executive goals, and if comfort and compatibility are obviously evident to both parties.


ABOUT YOUR EXECUTIVE COACH


Dr. Robert Dato has been an Executive Coach since he founded the Institute in 1974. He is an active member of the Psychoanalytic Coaches Association, the American Psychoanalytic Association, the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis, the International Stress Management Association, and the American Counseling Association. He earned a Doctorate and Board Certification in Psychoanalysis. Dr. Dato is the author of three books relevant to developing leaders: Dimensions of the Mind, Strategic Stress Management, and Tao Te Ching: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times.
