INTRODUCTION TO OUR INSTITUTE

The Institute was established in 1974 by Dr. Robert Dato. We offer custom-designed executive coaching programs to corporate executives and managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, consultants, and coaches. Executive coaching significantly enhances performance, productivity, and profitability. Those leaders who have been fully committed in our programs now perform their roles in a calm, effortless manner, produce high quality products or services, and consistently earn a substantial profit in their business or profession. Their lives are free of conflict and stress, and their important relationships are cooperative, supportive, productive, and satisfying.

EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAMS

Your customized executive coaching program includes weekly or biweekly coaching sessions, self-assessments at each session, brief telephone and email consultations between sessions, and relevant epigrams, papers, and articles. Executive coaching sessions are one hour long and are conducted at the Institute. If distance prevents you from having sessions at the Institute, coaching by phone can be arranged. Executive coaching sessions are conducted exclusively by Dr. Robert Dato, a Master Executive Coach who has developed a powerful set of psychoanalytic coaching concepts and methods which clients learn and implement in their professional roles.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE INSTITUTE

We offer a free Initial Interview to qualified candidates. This one-hour interview is conducted at the Institute for our local candidates and by phone for our long distance candidates. We ask the candidate to send us a business card and resume prior to their interview. The contents of the interview include: (1) Review of the Institute's written contract; (2) Review of personal and professional history; (3 Identification and prioritization of professional goals; (4) Mutual evaluation of comfort and compatibility. After the interview, the coach and candidate should mutually decide whether or not to engage in executive coaching. If either party is unsure, this decision may be postponed.
